The word yoga comes from Sanskrit, the language of ancient India. It means union, integration, or wholeness. It is an approach to health that promotes the harmonious collaboration of the human being's three components: body, mind, and spirit.

Do All You Can Yoga Mat 73" x 24" x 3/8" Eco-friendly mat is made from sustainable Natural Rubber (including some recycled content) that can be disposed of without harm to the environment. With dramatically increased bibrancy, superior grip in wet and dry conditions.
Our Mat With dramatically increased vibrancy, superior grip in wet and dry conditions, but above all image resilience. The mat measures 73" x 24" (185cm x 61cm) with a thickness of 3/8" (5mm). The underside features an ultra slip-resistant tread. Our eco-friendly mat is made from sustainable Natural Rubber (including some recycled content) that can be disposed of without harm to the environment. Care Guide Your mat should be cleaned carefully by hand using warm water and a soft cloth. We encourage you to store your mat in the YM shoulder bag supplied, rolled image side out. This will ensure that the mat stays crease-free and the image integrity is not compromised. We do not recommend using cleaning solvents or machine washing your mat. The mat is designed for the practice of yoga, pilates, and similar low impact exercise. We do not recommend wearing shoes, as this type of abrasion will prematurely distress the image.

Maya Yoga Be Still and Know.....- Psalm 46
Excert from Ashtanga Yoga: A Journey of Self Discovery Ashtanga yoga can replace your current exercise routine, it can enhance your current fitness program(s) or sport of choice by increasing your performance and keeping you from getting injured. Ashtanga yoga is unique to other styles of yoga, because of the continual flow of movement (vinyasa) and it uses your body weight as resistance. You will become VERY strong throughout your entire being, using muscles you didn't even know you had.
