Spaghetti for 100
6 pounds ground beef
2 cups chopped onion
16 garlic cloves, minced
12 cans(29 oz each) tomato sauce
4 cans (18 oz each)tomato paste
1/4 cup salt
3 TBS sugar
2 TBS each;italian seasoning, dried basil and oregano
13 pounds spaghetti, cooked and drained

in a large stock pot brown beef, onion, and garlic; drain. add tomato sauce and
paste, salt,sugar and seasonings;bring to a boil. reduce heat;cover and simmer for 2-3
hours, stirring occasionally. serve over spaghetti.
yeild:100 servings(about 50 cups sauce)

Dayle's Note: For a Spaghetti only dinner, I think this would only feed
about 40-50 people.
Beef Stew
25 lb. beef, cubed
10 whole bay leaves
18 lb. potatoes
2 cans whole tomatoes (10 lb.)
2 lb. onions
10 lb. carrots
salt and pepper to taste
several cloves of garlic, optional

Brown beef in flour. Add water, bay leaves, tomatoes and seasonings. Cook
vegetables, then add potatoes. Two hours before serving, join
together, remove bay leaves before serving.

Duties Time Schedule
Cooking Team: 4 volunteers, arrival time around noon or the time you anticipate you could have the meal ready to be serve by 5:30 p.m.
Serving Team: 20 volunteers, arrival time around 5:15 p.m. prior to our guest arrival to have time for instructions and pray. Food service till 7:00 p.m.
Clean up Team: Volunteers can help clean up from 7:00 p.m. on. Some of the volunteers could start help cleaning earlier depending on turn out. Expected finish time 7:30 p.m. It is recommended to have at least 2 working in the kitchen washing dishes and pans. Please make sure all trash is taken out to dumpsters and all cleaning is done to eliminate work for Center of Grace. Thank You.
